What is fascia and what does it do?

Fascia is a connective tissue that covers the entire body and helps to support it. It’s made up of collagen, elastin, and other proteins, and it’s responsible for maintaining the shape and function of our organs and tissues. Fascia also helps to regulate blood flow, lymphatic drainage, nerve transmission, and joint movement.
